Before and after school
Drop the children with us for breakfast and a calm start, or let us collect them when the bell goes. Either way, they get to relax and play before home time.
Our minibuses do the running
Our minibuses bring children to us from school, then head out to explore the island. Beaches, woods and parks all become part of the day.
Friendships that last
Playcare is where children find their people. Dens, dance, football and quiet corners for a book, with playworkers who know every child by name.
Where the school day ends and the fun begins
School days are long. When the bell goes, children need somewhere they actually want to be, and that is Playcare. We are lucky to have our own dedicated Playcare setting, not a shared school hall, so every room and garden is built around what children love. During term time there is a Breakfast Club and After School Club at La Pouquelaye, and After School care at Playcare East, based at Grouville School. In the holidays, our Holiday Club turns the whole island into a playground. Our team of playworkers, artists, dance teachers and sports coaches are here for one reason: to make sure your child laughs, makes friends and goes home happy.

“It would be impossible to thank Centrepoint enough for all the positive changes they have brought to our family life. The way both our boys have developed since starting nursery has been phenomenal, and it's absolutely heartwarming for us as parents to see. Knowing that they now have the opportunity to explore, learn, play with friends and make secure attachments with other adults is beyond amazing.”
