Centrepoint At Home & More is a unique service providing bespoke care to meet each family’s individual needs. From domiciliary care, home routine support, community activities, we promote independence with daily tasks and support to attend activities as well as household tasks to support families.
Our Support Workers
Our Support Workers are experienced, caring professionals who are chosen for their skills, reliability and genuine commitment to supporting children and families. They take the time to get to know each child as an individual, building a positive and trusting relationship that helps them feel safe, comfortable and confident — whether they’re at home or out enjoying activities in the community. With a warm, person-centred approach, our team provides dependable support that gives children positive experiences while giving families valuable time to rest, recharge and enjoy greater flexibility knowing their child is being professionally supported.

Sometimes, the best place for your child to be cared for is at home. At other times, getting out and about, enjoying activities and being part of the community can make all the difference.
Centrepoint At Home & More brings Centrepoint’s experienced Support Workers to your child and to your family, providing a government funded 3-hour block of daily care designed around your child’s needs and routine. Our service currently facilitates care for children aged 0-15 years old.
Whether you need a little extra support each day, time to recharge, or help balancing family life, our experienced team provides trusted, compassionate care in the familiar surroundings of your own home.
How to access our service
1. A professional (Social Worker/Family Partnership worker) contacts the At Home & More manager and will have already identified the needs of the family.
2. The manager will analyse the care package to see if the service can meet the needs of the family appropriately.
3. Once completed and the funding is secured by the professional, the manager will arrange an induction home visit accompanied by their allocated support worker and will pass on any required paperwork. This is an opportunity for parents/carers to ask any questions and address any concerns they may have with the manager.
4. The in home/community care will then begin with the allocated support worker/s attending the family home accompanied by the manager if needed until the family are comfortable with the support in place.
5. A feedback form will be sent out to parents/carers after some time in order to ensure our care is effectively meeting the needs of the family.
